This building presents many artistic qualities. It’s porous, formally integrated to its environment with an infinished aspect very interesting. But i’m asking its interior quality as housing space for human being. I think this more important to present than its external aspect.
It is refreshing to see finally some bio-climatic design in south florida. This shading devices definitely are a welcome contrast to the low energy efficient glass buildings that we can see everywhere in any city. This is a welcoming touch of class in design.
It is good to see that solar panels and wind turbines will be used to save the energy, but I do not call this architecture either fully sustainable nor ecological. Since there is no identity for the building,it can be built anywhere which requires wind tribunes. It surely is not contextual and environmentally sensetive. I see no green…It ’s just different!
hei,
is it possible that the wind turbines rotate in any direction (clockwise / anticlockwise) it generates energy ????
coz wt i knew was they all have a particular direction in which when revolves produces energy nt otherwise.
else it looks a artistic masterpiece

i love the simplicity in this building .. the circles reminds me of a project by the Japanese architect Kushi Korokawa

It’s unique and beautiful. It has a sort of futuristic beauty and simplicity that makes me think that I won’t mind if buildings would look like this in the future.
