Empty cloud
The series of unbelievable projects arising in rich arabian Dubai, will be maybe renewed by a hybrid of skyscraper and manmade island created by Lebanese Atelier Hapsitus, this time floating in heavenly uphills. The cloud should be a hotel with two levels of service, where the vertical one seems to remain rain drops. It is a dream of numbers, and in Dubai everything could happen, but critics claim that this space will never work.
