Municipal Offices and Station by Mecanoo Architecten

In the Netherlands city Delft will be build new building by Mecanoo architecten. It´s not very usual combination of Municipal Offices and Station, but architect give this combination very good reasons. Man, who is arreving to Delft is inform immediatelly about city- from his history to what is happening tonight. Form is quite simple and designed for maximum energy efficiency, the building consumes 35 % less energy than government standards stipulate.
